Tereza Hloušková

Tereza Hloušková Tereza Hloušková is a graduate of the Dance Center Prague – Conservatory (Dis.), where she was a member of its two student companies, Baby Ballet Prague and Ballet Prague Junior. She attended the Summer Intensive Göteborgs Operan workshop in Sweden and cooperated with the Prague Symphony Orchestra (FOK) during her studies. Early in her career, she became a visiting dancer, and in the period 2014-2016 a regular dancer of the Ballet company of South Bohemian Theatre, where she danced e.g. in Six Dances by choreographer Jiří Kylián and portrayed the Black Swan in Swan Lake choreographed by Attila Egerházi. In 2015 and 2016, she performed in the summer productions at the Revolving Theatre in Český Krumlov (opera Rusalka – choreographer Jan Kodet; ballet Swan Lake – choreographer Attila Egerházi). Since 2017, she has pursued her career as a freelance dancer and co-operated with several theatres and agencies: with Neon Heads, she went for a tour in Macao and accompanied, as a dancer, singer Ewa Farna at her concert. She co-operates with the National Theatre Opera and is a permanent visiting dancer of Laterna magika. She also teaches classical and contemporary dance at the Dance Center Prague. She has been a member of the Prague Chamber Ballet since 2019 and, in 2020, she was longlisted for the Thalia award for her solo performance Fo(u)r One by choreographer Petr Zuska.
