Aleš Krátký

Aleš Krátký - menší rozlišeníAleš Krátký is a graduate of the Dance Center Prague – Conservatory (Dis.), where he danced its two student companies, Baby Ballet Prague and Ballet Prague Junior. He attended workshops and performed at festivals in Sweden and Serbia. He also worked with the Prague Symphony Orchestra (FOK).

Still as a student, he became a co-operating dancer of the Ballet company of South Bohemian Theatre, led by its artistic director Attila Egerházi, where he stayed as a regular dancer in the period 2013-2016. He danced e.g. in the productions Swan Lake, Nutcracker, Six Dances (choreographer Jiří Kylián), Prometheus, Magic Flute, etc.

He performed in the summer productions at the Revolving Theatre in Český Krumlov (opera Rusalka, the Cunning Little Vixen – choreographer Jan Kodet), ballets Romeo a Julie, Carmen (choreographer Attila Egerházi), etc.

He joined the Prague Chamber Ballet in 2017 and had a chance to dance in the works of
choreographer Pavel Šmok, including From my Life, the Dove, On an Overgrown Path, as well as A Glimpse of POEtry (choreographer Marek Svobodník), and A Bouquet, A Rose, Oh My Love (choreographer Petr Zuska).

He currently teaches classical and contemporary dance at the Dance Center Prague.
