The brand LaFormela is formed of three designers from Czech and Slovak republic – Miroslava Kohutiarová, Katarína Kopková and Antonín Soukup. Together they founded this brand two years ago. They have met while studying at the Liberec University, where they all successfully graduated from the Textile and fashion design. In spite of the fact, that their creation was during the studies different, their desire for fashion and the vision about the fashion future interfaced in the joint cooperation at the end.
In 2010 LaFormela presented their first clothing collection with a title Rubik´s cube at the international fair Styl and Kabo in Brno (Czech Republic). The first fashion show confirmed them that they will continue in creation of lady´s fashion together. Yearly they create two seasonal collections, which they are trying to present on some of prestigious fashion shows. For example in 2011 the presented their collection Raven at the Prague Fashion Weekend.
The cooperation with successful fashion stylists is a part of the brand presentation, among others they have cooperatedwith Martina Gvizdová, Milena Zhuralová or Anna Nosková. Pieces from the designers also appeared in some of the prominent magazines, for example Elle, InStyle, Joy and Story.
