Hana Litterová graduated from the Dance Conservatory in Brno in 1988. Straight after that she joined the ballet company of the National Theatre in Brno, where she was a soloist from 1991 and soon became one of the most outstanding personalities of the local ballet company. In 2002 she was awarded the Thalia Award for the role of Anastasia in Ivan the Terrible. In 2006 she graduated from dance pedagogy at JAMU. Currently she teaches classical, scenic and modern dance at the Dance Conservatory in Brno and at JAMU.

She started her choreographic career in 2001 by winning the first prize and the prize for the best participant of the competition at the choreographic exhibition in Pilsen. Since then she created two ballet productions for the National Theatre in Brno – Symphonic Fantasy and Ballads (The Sazka Award and The Award of the Theatre Newspapers for directing and choreography in the category of dance arts; and the Award for original work within the Competition of Contemporary Dance in Czech Republic, 2008), as well as Ballads for the ballet ensemble of the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre in Ostrava, dance drama for Bohemia Ballet, choreographies for the musical performances for students of JAMU, choreographies for drama and opera performances at the National Theatre in Brno, Theatre U Stolu, Theatre Studio DVA, Theatre in Reznicka and also choreographies for theatres in Pilsen, Olomouc, Opava and for the prestigious Opera Ball at the Mahen Theatre in Brno. As a choreographer she collaborated with the Municipal Theatre in Brno (Ej hora…, Divá Bára), Chamber Opera in Brno and Znojmo music festival.
