Lenka Šustová Hrabovská completed the Dance Centre Prague conservatory in 2004 and then studied Yoga and Yoga Therapy at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport (Charles University), graduating in 2022. She was a soloist of the Ballet of the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen in the period 2004–2009 and in 2010, she became a member of the National Theatre Ballet in Prague, from 2015 as a demi-soloist. In 2018, she was a visiting artist at Mainfranken Theater Wűrzburg, and she is also a member of the Dekkadancers dance group.
Lenka Šustová Hrabovská has an extensive teaching experience – she worked as a teacher and choreographer of classical, contemporary and folk dances at the ballet school of the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen and at the Terpsichore ballet school; she is also a yoga and yoga therapy lecturer.
She danced in classical and neoclassical works of choreographers George Balanchine, Jean-Christophe Maillot, John Crank, Frederick Ashton, Youri Vámos, Kenneth Greve, Michael Corder, Javier Torres and others.
As concerns contemporary repertoire, she danced in the works of choreographers Jiří Kylián, Petr Zuska, Christopher Bruce, Ohad Naharin, Alexander Ekman, Jan Kodet, Libor Vaculík, Christian Spuck, Nacho Duat, Jacopo Godani, Radu Poklitaru, Anna Vita and others.
