Mário Radačovský graduated from the Dance Conservatory of Eva Jaczovej in Bratislava and in 1989 he joined Slovakian National Theatre Ballet, where after a short time he gained a contract as soloist. In 1990 he won in Czechoslovakian ballet competitions in category A. During 1992–1999 he worked in Nederlands Dans Theater of Jiří Kylián in Haag. In this group he had the opportunity to cooperate with most significant world wide choreographers, among which belong Jiří Kylián, Mats Ek, Nacho Duato, Ohad Naharin, William Forsythe, Édouard Locke and many others. In 1999 he became the main soloist of a group Les Grands Ballets Canadiens in Montreal. He participated in many prestigious ballet gala-performances, as are Gala des étoiles in Montreal (2000–2006), Gala Stars in Toronto (2003), World Stars Gala in Budapest (2005, 2007 and 2008) and a Gala encounter in Prague (2003–2006). He dances at significant theatre stages, for example in Royal Winnipeg Ballet (2005), Ballet British Columbia (2004, 2006), Toronto (2005) and Jacob’s Pillow (2007). As a choreographer he introduced himself in 2002 by a piece of work called The Letter. The choreography pieces followed Passage à l’eau trouble, Valse, Inšpirácia, Bolero, Shadows and Lights, Balansoire and others. In season 2010/2011 he worked on two projects: for group Operety in Romanian Bucharest he created a choreography and direction of production Maria de Buenos Aires and ballet Romeo a Julie for Grand Rapids Ballet Company in Michigan (USA). In the course of the following seasons he prepared premieres of productions Traja spolu, Queen, Osudové lásky, Romeo a Julia in Grand Rapids Ballet, Piano concert of Richard Dubr for Latvian national ballet, Bolero for Grand Rapids Ballet or Compulsive for Diablo Ballet San Francisco.
