Stage
- Stage size minimum 10 x 10 m, i.e. depth x width between portals.
- A cleared stage with no practitioners, a clean surface with no unevenness ready to lay the balletisol that the company brings with them.
- Basic horizon in black.
- Cleared passage spaces on the left and right side of the stage, also behind the horizon.
- Minimum of 8 free strokes for hanging tulle, 2 x decorations and lights
- There must be a space of at least 2.5 m between the horizon and the suspended pole
- Functional intercom between the stage, lighting and sound.
Access to the stage
- The day before xxxxx to allow access to the stage ideally from 16:00 to 21:00 (unloading of decorations, props, technical preparation – laying of balletisol, lighting preparation)
- On the day of the performance … to allow access to the stage from 09:00 to 18:00 (space and dress rehearsal, ballet mopping, correction)
Technical preparation of the performance
- During the preparation of the performance, the presence of a stage master is necessary, who is responsible for the stage and the work during the unloading and preparation of the performance.
- Ensure that the ballet carpet is mopped with water without detergent one hour before the performance or after the end of the rehearsal.
- During the performance, the assistance of a curtain man to operate the curtain and a stage master to operate the strokes, a soundman in the sound booth and a lighting man in the lighting booth is required.
- Provide assistance to 1-2 local technicians in unloading and loading technical equipment and scenery before and after the performance.
Sound equipment
- Auditorium: PA appropriate to the size of the space and number of spectators, min. 2x 500W
- The stage: Monitors min. 2x 250W
- Professional mixing console (min. 8 inputs, 4-band EQ, 2x AUX)
- Connection of your own laptop (2x XLR or 2x large jack)
- Possibility to connect an additional player or laptop.
- During the technical preparation and the entire performance, the presence of a sound engineer is necessary.
Lighting equipment
- Minimum of 48 regulated independent circuits.
- Individual circuits are equipped with PC or Fresnel type reflectors.
- Connection 380 V/63 A or 2 x 32 A near the stage
- Spotlights for colouring the scene in orange and blue.
- Spotlights placed in the following positions:
- front auditorium / left auditorium / right auditorium / stage bridge
- lion portal / right portal
- Control of dimmers by DMX512 protocol – connect your own console.
- When using the existing console, the possibility to use a minimum of 20 submasters.
- A sufficient number of cables is a must.
- During the technical preparation and performance, the presence of a lighting master is necessary
- Spotlights for hanging and light towers will be brought by the ensemble’s own
Changing rooms
- At least 1x changing room with showers – women, 1x changing room with showers – men, 1x changing room – children + entourage, toilet, ironing board with iron.
- Tidy and heated performance areas (dressing rooms and stage).
